This website is provided and managed by Boyd Court Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Boyd Court", "we" or "us"), through its corporate office in Toronto, Canada. ("Boyd Court" will also be referred to as "we" and "us" throughout this policy).

Boyd Court recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information. When you sign up for the online mailing list with Boyd Court or use our online store, you give us your consent to process and use such submitted personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

This privacy policy applies to all protected personal information collected, maintained or used by Boyd Court.

What information does Boyd Court collect?

Boyd Court collects and stores personal data from visitors to the website who register their information or who use the online store. We do not sell or ship any items ordered through this Web site directly to anyone who we know to be under the age of 18, nor do we collect any personal information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 18. What security measures does Body Court take to protect 
your infromation?

Boyd Court uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, while we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.

Does Boyd Court share information with others?

Boyd Court does not sell, rent or disclose our client's names, addresses, e-mail addresses or other personal information to any non-affiliated entity. In order to maintain our website and provide our client communications, Boyd Court contracts with selected third parties that provide services on our behalf or with whom we have partnered to offer a particular product or service. As necessary, the personal information you provide to us may be processed by these third parties, solely on Boyd Court’s behalf but we do not authorize any of these service providers to make any other use of your information. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties, unless we are required to do so by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding. If Boyd Court is acquired by another entity or is merged or consolidated, information about Boyd Court customers may be made available to the new entity. However, the new entity will agree to protect the confidentiality of your personal information consistent with this privacy policy.

Delivery

All Boyd Court jewelry is handmade to order and therefore, we cannot provide exact shipping dates. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. When the item is ready for shipment, we will send you a confirmation email and tracking number for your convenience.

If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please include these instructions in the order notes or in an email to customerservice@boydcourtdesigns.com.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit we will do everything we can to assist you but please note: we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

International

The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check-out, please email customerservice@boydcourtdesigns.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate resize requests for international customers.

Returns & Repairs

All Boyd Court pieces are handmade to order and therefore, all sales are final. Please consider this when you make your purchase and note that if the order or size is wrong, 
it is the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.

If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized at most local jewelry stores. We also offer a ring finger sizing tool that we will happily ship free of charge. If a piece gets damaged and needs repair, or for any other questions or concerns, please email customerservice@boydcourtdesigns.com.
